Madison is a keynote speaker, author, educator, and culture strategist known for challenging the traditional playbook of corporate leadership. She brings a bold, human-first perspective to the workplace—one that centers authenticity, psychological safety, and the emotional realities of being “human at work.” Madison is making a pivot into personal fitness coaching, and has a ton of exciting new opportunities for collaboration.
