Meet Lavender Menace Talent’s

team of creatives!

Nano-, Micro-, and Mid-Tier Influencers

Niche Community Impact vs Splashy Celebrity Showiness

Why choose a smaller-account influencer when you could be pitching Kim Kardashian as your brand ambassador? Lots of reasons. To start with, Kim K is booked and busy, honey! Second of all, does she really fit your brand, or are you just hoping to cash in on her celebrity? Unless you’re selling bespoke Armenian garments or a new range of flesh-colored body suits, probably not a great fit there.

What you need is a nano-influencer (<10k followers), a micro-influencer (<100k followers), or maybe a mid-tier influencer (<500k followers). Luckily, Lavender Menace Talent has a whole team of creators in these categories to help you tap into the niche communities that are most likely to resonate with your brand’s message.

So what’s the advantage of going micro? Smaller-account influencers have tapped into their own niche and developed small-but-mighty communities of highly engaged people with like-minded tastes and interests. When you work with a micro-influencer, you get custom content that fits your vibe to a T, you get an audience eager to participate in the conversation, and you get attention from a group of folks who are way more likely to interact with this ad content than your average Kardashian fan.

Where Can I Find Mischa?

You can find Mischa and Authentic Queer Desires online at zer website. Authentic Queer Desires is also on Instagram

On Saturday, October 4th, ze hosted A Queer Exploration of Desire. In this event, guests were invited to join a small, intimate circle (just 10 folks) for an afternoon of somatic exploration: exploring giving and receiving with clarity, compassion, and consent. You can read more about that workshop here. Mischa plans to host more events like this one beginning Spring 2026!

You can find Mischa’s profile on Sacred Eros here, where you can sign up for a free consultation session to see if ze and zer work is a good fit for you.

We’re thrilled to be working with Mischa at Lavender Menace Talent, and we look forward to helping more people connect with their intimate needs and desires.

Now Introducing:
Charlie Sprinkman and
Everywhere Is Queer!

Charlie Sprinkman (he/they) is the hardest-working person we know. They’re the founder and show-runner at Everywhere Is Queer, a free app (and ever-growing searchable map!) on iOS and Android, created for the LGBTQIA2S+ and ally community to find welcoming, queer-owned spaces to shop, connect, eat, learn, and grow all over the world. The app launched in February of 2024 and began its meteoric rise to #30 on the iOS App Store in just a few months. Now this registry has over 20,000 queer-owned businesses around the world mapped out for anyone to browse, helping the queer community at large find safe spaces wherever they travel.

Charlie grew up in Milwaukee, WI, spent years living in Portland, OR, and just recently made the cross-country move out to Brooklyn, NY. He spends his days running Everywhere Is Queer as a whole and working on the EIQ app, writing the twice-weekly newsletter that goes out to over 90,000 subscribers, updating the EIQ blog, posting and engaging with fans and new audiences on Instagram and TikTok, and networking with other queer small business owners and entrepreneurs both online and in person. Whew! Now they’re entrusting Lavender Menace Talent with some of the day-to-day tasks that are urgently needed (but not necessarily mission-critical), like handling collaborations with values-aligned brands for sponsored partnerships across EIQ’s blog, newsletter, and social media channels.

The Backstory

During a huge road trip through 41 of the 50 United States, Charlie struggled to find places that he felt represented and safe. They realized that they kept searching for things like “queer spots in ____” or “LGBTQ+ friendly [shop, bar, restaurant, hotel, etc.] in ______” everywhere they went. (Maybe you can relate?) That’s how the idea for Everywhere Is Queer, a searchable map of LGBTQIA2S+ owned businesses across the globe, was born. The idea is to connect LGBTQIA2S+ folks with the businesses and spaces that support them, no matter where they are or where they might travel to. In a world that’s increasingly hostile towards the identities under the big rainbow umbrella, this list of safe spaces and places to shop, eat, hang out, and spend time together is a hugely important resource.

When you pull up the Everywhere Is Queer map on your phone to find your next favorite spot to buy a plant, do your gym workout, or grab a sandwich, we hope that you remember that you’re also supporting a worldwide queer movement of support, security, and hope. You’re supporting that bright future we’re creating space for in the present.

Partnership Opportunities

Through Lavender Menace, Everywhere Is Queer currently offers an array of partnership opportunities, such as:

  • Reels or posts on social media channels (Instagram [168k followers] and TikTok [123k followers]),

  • Sponsored Blogs on Everywhere is Queer’s blog,

  • Paid Guest Blog Posts (Charlie writes for your blog!),

  • Website Ads (website traffic average of 30K-50K visitors per month),

  • Solo Newsletter Highlight

  • Newsletter Ads (audience of nearly 90k!)

Charlie also offers in-person and virtual speaking engagements on a variety of topics in their areas of expertise, including community building, building and curating queer spaces by and for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, traveling throughout the United States as a queer and trans person, and more.

If you’re interested in any of these, or have an idea for a collaboration you don’t see listed here, please reach out to Rowan at Lavender Menace. We’d be thrilled to start the conversation.
